Each of the three planned buildings will be a 3-story, wood frame structure, containing 12 homes. Each home will have a detached 1-car garage. There will be four 2 bedroom flats on each floor, with the two end units containing 1,200 sf. and the two units in the middle of the building containing 1,500 sf. each. Natural light will be maximized by the irregular shape of the buildings.
Each home will have a gas fireplace, separate gas-fired boiler, and a balcony or patio facing the golf course. The gradual slope of the site will provide three above ground levels of living area on the south side, while showing just two stories from the north side.
All of the homes contain two bedrooms and two baths. 
The living rooms, kitchens and dining rooms in the middle units, which
are wider than the end units, face south to Natanis Golf
Course. The second
bedroom also faces south in the end units. There are balconies off the living
room in the upper stories and a patio on the ground level.
