The condominium development will consist of three, 3-story, buildings, each containing 12 units. Three detached garage buildings will consist of a 1-car garage for each condominium. The buildings and units have an identical design, except that Buildings 1 & 2 have a small connecting building, while Building 3 is totally detached. The building design maximizes natural light and architectural distinction with numerous setbacks and angles. The south side of each building faces Natanis Golf Course.
